Individual Mentoring / Private Small Group
Individual mentoring is exclusive private or small group lessons focused on the needs of the student(s). It is a perfect way to establish a home yoga practice. Tailored yoga practices are planned based on your current physical and mental condition, energy, and lifestyle.
You can choose to have your lessons weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, but practicing at home 2 to 3 times a week is essential in experiencing desirable results or achieving your goal of attending an individual session.
The planned workout sequence will include postures / movements and breath recommendations and will evolve and progress over time. I will also guide you to vary your practice over time so that you can make modifications while you are practicing at home.
Your practice can be planned with the following in mind:
- Maintaining physical and mental fitness
- Staying active and keeping a calm mind during pregnancy / post-natal
- Relieving back pain and regaining strength and mobility
- Reducing stress and bringing the mind back to a balanced state
