Workshops

I occasionally run workshops when my schedule permits. These range from beginners’ workshops, sound and breath, spine awareness, how to engage your core from a yoga perspective, etc. The list is non-exhaustive and can be tailored to participants’ requirements, designed in a holistic sense to fulfill their needs. The different ‘themes’ of workshops, are nevertheless to give you a different perspective of your body and mind which helps you understand yourself better, and empowering home yoga practices, making them accessible and practical.
